No they don't deliver and the seating area fills up quickly at lunch - usually by 11:30 there is a line for seating as well as people in line to pay out.
Great food and staff was nice. Wasn’t too crowded at 1pm on 7/11 and we sat right away. We were helped fairly quickly and it didn’t take too long for the food. Pad Thai was great and I enjoyed the Thai Iced Tea. Little disappointed at the size based on the price of the tea, but t was really good. I’d go back.
Great food great service during crisis
I do not like leaving bad reviews. So, I called and was put on “hold” meaning they just sat the phone on the counter. After about ten minutes I just drove there while on hold. I stood in line for ten minutes while on hold. I sat at the bar waiting for my order while I was on hold. After forty minutes I heard the two women laugh at me and then hang up the phone. They did not know I was sitting five feet from them. I understand you are super busy but you can still treat people like human beings. Buy a message machine and tell people due to the high volume no phone orders will be made.
A Lubbock gem in the medical district. Best Thai-food you can get anywhere. A restaurant that is always packed, has a line for to-go orders. Standing room only, serving Awesome.
Oh my God, so good. I've been avoiding this place for years because they are stupid packed at lunch. Husband and I went for an early dinner this week and I'm kicking myself for missing out all this time. Amazing! Beats the other Thai places in town by a long shot. I will absolutely be back.
Americanized Asian food. Not even close to Thai cooking. The egg rolls are horrendous (thick, undercooked Chinese type wraps, filling is mushy and disgusting). I had better fried rice from a $1 frozen dinner. Pad Thai is bland and dry. Perfect for the yuppie crowd that wants to brag about "going to go out for Thai".
What a delicious gem!Don’t believe the rating on Ye$p of only 3.5 stars. I would eat here everyday. Pad Thai - AuthenticTom Yum Soup - Absolutely wonderful Spicy Seafood - Complex and TastySpicy, tasty, plentiful and very affordable. Just be prepared to wait. This place is popular!!
We love it! Great Thai food! Feel lucky to have them in town. Husband loves volcano soup. Wife loves pad thai without nuts, children love sauteed chicken.
First time here and was great. It's a little small but the food is great. #vegetarianfriendly
Best Thai in Lubbock. You must call in your order, and wait outside the restaurant. Clearly they are ahead of the game.
So I go in to the establishment just to pick up my food I had the worse experience not only that the lady cashing me out had a horrible attitude and I work at a call center so I know what customer service is about, and what she gave me ain’t it. I will never eat here again at all just based on customer service!!
I ordered the single most popular dish all Thai restaurants are judged on, Pad Thai. It was awesome!!! One of the best places in town for sure! I will return to have another one of my fav Thai dishes, yellow curry shrimp!
Placed a 14 plate order And only received 12. After the guy taking my order repeated it multiple time. After I receive the food and came back they never had put 2 of my plates and one was wrong and they refused to fix my order. Even tho I stated one of the plates was completely wrong. This Place is very unprofessional and does not fix their mistakes !!! They just blame the customer DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Excellent Thai food right here on the South Plains. Easy to order and very friendly.
A++ one of the best restaurants in west Texas!
One of my favorite places to eat in Lubbock! So good. Order the pad thai!
We usually go to Thai Kitchen but had heard so many good things about Thai Pepper that we decided to give it a try. Never again. It all tasted funny and I’m pretty sure they messed up our order because the garlic chicken we ordered didn’t have a single speck of garlic in it. Back to Thai Kitchen now, which I’d highly recommend over this place.
The food and service is always on point here 👌
The food is bland, there's no popping flavor, and it really is over hyped. I was expecting a flavorful dish just as everyone had described. But it goes to show that trash food liked by college kids and drunks will be lower tier food. I've made better Thia food in my own kitchen. This was my first and last time there. I wish that COVID-19 had shut this place down. Sadly they're still in business 👎👎👎
Some of the best thai food I've had.
Thai Pepper 🌶 is very good, but I've noticed that they have gotten skimpy on their food portions. I usually get the chicken fried rice and I think to myself, why would they skimp on rice when rice isn't very expensive? Anyway, that is why I give them a 3 rating - otherwise, I would have given them a 5 plus their servers are not very friendly. I always get take out.
Great food but a little difficult to place a Togo order when they are busy which is all the time.
Best place to eat Thai food, it’s always made to perfection! Service is always good too even though they’re always packed!
I called them 5 times and they wouldn’t answer. So I went to the restaurant to try to order but the waitress came out with an attitude and said they were busy, only take phone calls and only had two people working in back. We had to wait 15-20 min to call back but nobody answered. Just saying if they were that busy, they should have more people working and treat customers with a little more respect.
The best Thai food in Lubbock. They only open on weekdays and that tells you how busy they are. Need to come early if you want to eat lunch at the restaurant. The Pad Thai is the most fave dish here i think.
Always had fast & friendly service. Food has always been great. Sure it is a a little busy over lunch, but that’s because it is so good.
While the food is good, I called just now only be placed on hold for nine minutes while listening to the person at the front take everyone’s order who came in. While I get that it’s a busy establishment, at least make sure someone is tending to the phone every so often? Being placed on hold and being forgotten about isn’t good and doesn’t make me want to return. This has now happened with me twice.
I mean, it was good, but extremely unorganized experience. Why do I have to wait to pay for my check at the counter behind 15 other people who are picking up orders? Doesn't make sense. Never coming back.
